The Francis Malcolm Science Center is an educational facility boasting an outdoor nature classroom and the northernmost planetarium in the continental United States.
Opened in 1983, the Center serves Aroostook County's and western New Brunswick's school children from late August through mid -June. We provide planetarium and nature programs at no cost to all public, private and home schools. Please see links too our nature and planetarium programming.
Planetarium and Nature programs are also available for youth and adult community organizations for a small fee.
