Lobster Expert
Once you have become an expert at your job within the
business, make a poster to present the information you found. Your poster
should contain all of the information that you do not think your other group members
already know. All three group members need to present their posters to each
other. Everyone must be clear on all of the roles, and information for the
business to run smoothly!
Step
3
Now you are ready to make your menu. Since lobster is going to be your specialty,
make a specials page. Offer soft and hard shelled lobsters and include a
short paragraph for the customers about the differences between each. Also
give the size of the lobsters that you will offer. Be sure to include a
choice of lobsters for people who like the tail meat better and people who like
the claw meat better. Here you should also include what kind of lobster
they will be getting depending on the meat they prefer. Don't forget to
add meals that are just certain parts of the lobster for your customers who do
not like to eat the whole animal.
Step
4
Once you have your menu's specials page, you want to start advertising
for your restaurant. Write an advertisement a few paragraphs long explaining
why the lobsters that you have at your restaurant will be the best around and
where they come from. Remember you need customers for a successful business
so you want to be very persuasive in proving why your lobsters will be the best.
