Your task will be to get information on all of the different aspects of starting a seafood restaurant specializing in lobster. You will have to work in groups of three where each of you has a role in the business. One will be the cook, one will be the lobsterman, and one will be the lobster expert. You will make a poster and present to your group what you have learned about your role in the business. Then, your group will work together to write the "specialties" page of your menu and an advertisement in the local paper for your new restaurant.
